We kindly request that any cancellations, no shows, or early departures be presented to us in writing. In the event of the cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be informed of those details. We highly appreciate your compliance with this policy. Pursuant to the agreement, the cancellation charges shall take effect from the date we receive the notice in writing and shall be in accordance with the following structure:

Based on the policy,

  • 10% of the tour/service cost is to be paid no less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 20% of the tour/service cost is due 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 25% of the cost of the tour or service is due 29days prior to arrival, and 15 days before arrival.
  • 14 days prior to 08 days prior to arrival, there will be a 50% deduction of the cost of the tour/service.
  • 7 prior to arrival, no refunds will be provided for no shows.

It is important to note that, regardless of the cancellation slabs already mentioned, if a tour service is cancelled after the booking has been made with us, a minimum service charge of 10% would be enforced.

For bookings taken during peak seasons such as Diwali (15th October to 15th November) and Christmas/New Year period (15th December to 15th January), we are unable to provide refunds under any circumstances.

Should you choose to cancel the trip after its commencement, please note that you will be eligible for a limited amount of refund, contingent upon the amount that we are able to recover from the hoteliers we have partnered with. We regret to inform you that, unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for any unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, or any other associated costs, and are unable to provide any form of reimbursement.

Refund

In relation to refunding unused / unutilized services (which have been paid for and cancelled in advance), we will calculate the refund amount based on the cancellation policy outlined above and will provide the corresponding amount of money to the person who has made the payment to us. It is important to note that the refund process may take anywhere from 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Should the refund be made to either a credit card or bank account, the respective bank’s fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
